Saya ingin memaklumkan kepada anda bahawa disebabkan oleh peningkatan berterusan kerja memuatkan kakitangan kami menangani semua tugas-tugas dan kuasa orang kita sekarang tidak mencukupi untuk memenuhi kegiatan kerja ini jadi saya ingin meminta kakitangan tambahan ke pejabat kami untuk melakukan yang tugas-tugas lain sehingga kita dapat menyelesaikan semua kerja-kerja yang belum selesai pada masa
