Merujuk kepada perkara di atas kami

Merujuk kepada perkara di atas kami ingin memaklumkan kepada pihak tuan bahawa Borang Kastam 3 No. B18-B-04000291/06 telah diluluskan dalam system SMK pada 29/04/2006 @ 1706 tetapi Borang Kastam 3 No. B18-B-04000290/06 masih belum diluluskan dalam system SMK.

Oleh yang demikian ,kami dimaklumkan oleh pihak pembeli (consignee) bahawa mereka menghadapi kesulitan untuk mendapatkan pelepasan dagangan tersebut di atas di pelabuhan Tawau.

Dengan ini besarlah harapan kami agar dapat pihak tuan membuat kelulusan untuk Borang Kastam 3 tersebut.

Kebenaran dan kelulusan pihak tuan amat kami hargai dan diucapkan ribuan terima kasih.

Keputusan (Inggeris) 1:

Refer to the above we would like to inform the master that Customs Form No. 3 B18-B-04000291/06 was approved in the SCHOOL system at 29/04/2006 @ 3 1706 but form customs No. B18-B-04000290/06 has yet to be approved in the SCHOOL system.As such, we are informed by the buyer (consignee) that they face difficulties to obtain the release of the aforementioned trading port in Tawau.With this besarlah our expectations to the Lord make the approval for the Customs Form 3.The truth and the approval of the Lord we cherish and pronounced thanks.

Keputusan (Inggeris) 2:

With reference to the above we would like to inform you that Customs Form No. 3 B18-B-04000291/06 was approved in the school system at 29/04/2006 @ 1706 but Customs Form No. 3 B18-B-04000290/06 has not been approved in the school system. Therefore, we are informed by the buyer (consignee) that they faced difficulties to obtain the release of the above trading in Tawau port. With great is our hope that this can be the master make approval for the Customs Form 3. Truth and approval of the master we cherish and thank pronounced.
