Pada malam iaitu 8.3.2015, jam 10.40malam, saya Hassan Bin Yamani (941214-08-6255) telah menerima pesanan dari tetamu bilik iaitu segelas jus lobak merah, saya mula menyediakan 4 batang lobak merah.saya mula menyediakan 4 batang lobak merah yang dipotong kecil sebelum memasukkan ia ke dalam mesin jus kemudian teruskan menghidupkannya dan memasukkannya ia nya secara berperingkat dalam bentuk yang kecil dan tiba-tiba mesin tersebut mengeluarkan bunyi yang kurang menyenangkan dan ia terus berhenti mengejut. Saya dapati komponen mesin tersebut telah rosak dan pecah.
Selepas kejadian tersebut, saya telah memaklumkan apa yang terjadi kepada Encik Asrul pada keesokkan petang.
